The 2 newest additions to the family!!!

Well for my birthday.. my hubby got my 2 little kittens. They are 8 weeks old. They are little girls... so at least I am not the only girl in the house.

Hugs got her name because she will lay on her back so you can rub her tummy. She then will take her front paws and wrap them around your hand and just give you hand a good hug!!! Hugs is a feisty kitten. She loves to wrestle with stuff animals and with Tugs. She is always in the mood to play.

Tugs got her name because she if she wants your attention she will come up to you and tug on your pant leg. She is the quiet one. She sleeps alot and doesn't really like to play. It seems like she wants to play but just too shy. She is really tiny. She was the runt of the liter. She loves to sleep with my hubby. She will curl up next to him and just sleep.

Can't wait for Saturday!!!

Well I am super excited about Saturday.... here is a list why....

1. It's my birthday.. I will be 23 years old!!!!
2. I get 2 new kittens.. They are 8 weeks old and both little girls. One is Tugs and the other one is Hugs!!!
3. I get to go to the movies. I am going to see Red Riding Hood!!! I have been wanting to see the movie since I saw the preview!!!!
4. I get to take a pregnancy test... I might be pregnant.. I am having some symptoms (and if not see #5)
5. Me and the hubby are going out for drinks!!!!

Okay... well lets back up to #4. Yes there is a chance that I might be pregnant. There are some symptoms that I am having...like headaches, throwing up, swollen gums, bloating, boobs hurt a bit, and all I really want is chicken or hamburger. So I get to test on my birthday. If I do get a BFP... (big fat positive) then it will be the best birthday EVER!!!!!! I did found out that I was pregnant with our first child on my hubby's 21st birthday!!! So hurry up Saturday NOW!!!

I am so happy that my sister is safe

Today we ended getting about a foot of snow.. which I will post pictures tomorrow when I go outside it take pictures. I didn't plan on leaving the house today because I hate driving in snow. Well I had to (didn't really have to but I did). About 2:30 p.m. my little sister Heather gives me a call telling me she just wrecked her car. So I pretty much got some clothes on, put my jacket and stuff on, hopped in the car and went to see if my sister was safe.

She is okay, but was really shaken up. This was her very first car that she bought with her own money. She saved up for this car.

Well what happened was that she went to turn and ended up hitting some ice and her car started to slide. She made the mistake of trying to slam on the break. She told me that she knew that she wasn't suppose to do that, but she just panic. She ended up hitting a light pole. The passenger front and part near the wheel is messed up.. she can not drive it at all. Her wheel can not go straight.

I had to call her boyfriend to come and get her (they live together), because she was having a hard time talking to the police.. she was just so shaken up. He came and got her and also brought a car trailer so the car wouldnt be in the middle of the road.

I am a bit sore right now!!!

Well yesterday I some how pinched a nerve in my back right between my shoulder blades. Now everytime I move my head from side to side or I move my right arm back.. I am just in pain. I did go see my chriopractor today and it helped a bit and I get to go back in a couple of days.

Today it snowed all day and its not the best to drive when you can't move your neck. So I felt like a bum today and called my sister and asked her to drive me places. I did feel bad because I can't stand having people drive.. but I just knew that I would ended up having a accident or something...

Hopefully tomorrow I will feel better!!!

OMG.... what a crazy week

Well today it was raining.. yesterday it was snowing. Nebraksa is going thru some crazy weather lately. Tonight we are suppose to get some freezing rain, then snow tomorrow. To tell you the truth I am getting tired of all this snow.. I am so ready for spring or even summer.

It snowed.... what???

Well yesterday was a beautiful day. It was almost 70 degrees yesterday.. and today when I woke up to get Alex ready school... It was snowing!!!! I just couldn't believe it. Like I have told my husband today.. that here in Nebraska we can all 4 seasons in one weekend. We did get some snow this morning but by this afternoon.. the sun has melted some of it away... and tomorrow it is suppose to be nice outside.

Happy Birthday...

Happy Birthday to my hubby. Nate is 27 today and guess what... he has to work. We won't be able to celebrate his birthday till Sunday. He did get a card from me and a card from Alex and Aaron. We also got him a couple of new shirts. He is the hardest person to shop for. I am going to make him his favorite dinner on Sunday. I am making Meatloaf, Green beans, Mash Potatoes and Gravy, and some biscuits. He is not a big fan on sweets.. so I think I am just going to make some cupcakes for him. I did get him a gun for his birthday which he got yesterday.. I will have to take a picture of him with his gun... He loves the gun.

Well thats it for now... I have to finish up some cleaning!!!

My little sister Heather came over today. She is the second oldest. I am the oldest out of 5 girls (I will talk more about my little sisters in a later post.) Well my boys just loves their Aunt Heather. They have her wrapped around their little fingers. They were playing today and decided that they all should all wear pull ups on their heads. I just had to take a picture of it. My kids always enjoy when Aunt Heather comes to visit. They don't see her a lot because she is working or college.

Happy Late Valentine's Day

I know that is late.. but hey better late then never right....Well on Valentine's Day.. my oldest son had a Valentine's Day party at school. I spent all night making the Valentine box that he wanted.. the toy box off of Toy Story. I think I did a really good job. What do you think..

Here is Miss Tammy putting a heart on his straw. They were to suck on the straw to keep the heart on the end. Alex did a good job.. but did have a bit of a hard time at first because he wanted to blow.

Then he had to sit in a circle with Miss Joni and talk about sharing.. which he answered " Sharing is when I let my baby brother play with my toys.. but I don't share all the time.. only when he is being nice to me." Gotta love 5 year old. Then he walked around the group and gave a heart to another student.. he had a lot of fun.. he even wanted to play it when we got home.

Then it was time for them to make their sucker hearts. And of course he choose the blue sucker.. His favorite color is blue. What they did was take a cutout of a heart, put a piece of tape on the back of the sucker then put it on the heart. then added some green leaves on the stick. He was ready to eat it as soon as we got into the car.

Well me sister came with me to help me take care of Aaron. My sister is the only one that Aaron will behave for. As I said in my earlier post.. Aaron has Asperger's Syndrome. He has a very hard time in social places and don't really know how to interact with other people. So to keep him happy my sister Heather came with me and Aaron had a blast playing on her phone.

I am really starting to dislike my cable company...

Well about a week ago.. they decided to switch our channels around and even didn't bother to send out a notice or even a guide to the channel switch. I am not upset about that what I am upset about is a favorite show. I am a BIG wrestling fan and I have been since I been born. Well tonight on Monday night RAW.. it was in Spanish....what.. why would it be in Spanish on the USA channel. It has never been in Spanish before. So I called my best friend to see if their channel was in Spanish and she told me that hers have a lag. The wrestlers will talk about 5 seconds later.. their words come out. I will be calling the company tomorrow and complaining. I have only missed wrestling 5 times in my whole life.. (well maybe more when I was younger.. but I don't really remember)... I just had to vent because I am missing my RAW!!!!

A CAR!!!!

We have one car and my hubby works nights so I can't take him to work. Well I needed a car just so I can go places with the kids while he is a work and I dont have to call people to come pick me up. Its not going to be the best car but it will get me where I need too!!! I will add pictures when I get it.

GRRR.... What to do

I have no idea what I am going to do. My husband's birthday is this Friday February 25. He is going to be 27 (he is getting so old..but don't tell him I said that lol). My problem is that I have no idea what to get him. He doesn't need anymore tools or clothes. He is the most hardest guy to shop for. I am thinking about getting him some more stuff for his paintball or some more workout equipment.

I do know that for his birthday dinner.. I am making his favorite. Meatloaf, bake potatoes, biscuits, and green beans. Then me and the boys are going to make him a birthday cake. It will probably just be a simple cake because he really doesn't eat sweets. So what I am thinking is a spice cake with cream cheese frosting. It is really the only kind of cake he will eat.

I just want to say Welcome to my blog!!!

The main reason I am making this blog is because I want to talk about my life,  my kids and husband, my struggle with heart failure, and my live with God!!

My name is Amanda. I am 22 years old. I am a stay at home mom. I have 2 wonderful boys and a great husband. Me and my hubby Nate have been together for almost 7 years and been married for almost 5 years. February 26 2009.. I got dignoised with heart failure so they gave me medicine to help my heart.. well it wasnt working and when I went to see my cardiologist found out that I was very close of having a cardic arrest. On June 25 2009.. I had emergancy surgery to get a pacemaker in. I got really depressed after surgery because I was afraid that I wasnt going to see my children grow up. I am no longer depressed and I live everyday to the fullest. I plan on going to college soon to become a photographer. I really havent been doing my photography because I have just been so busy. But I do plan on getting my profoilio done this summer. Here is a picture of me....

My husband Nate is one of the most greatest guys in this world. We do have our problems. When we first met he just got dignoised with Bipolor. He have been taking his medicines but it got alot worse after his dad passed away from cancer. He still strugles with depression when it get close to his dad's death date which is December 18, 2008. Nate was very close to his dad. Me and the kids really never get to see him. He works as a welder for Valley. He makes irrigation pipes. He works from 4:45 p.m to 3:15 a.m. then when he comes home he can't sleep right away and by the time he actually gets to sleep its about 6:00 a.m and so he sleeps all day. The only time we see him is on his day off and that is only on Sunday. My husband was adopted when he was 2 days old. He biological mother was 19 and was homeless and knew that she couldnt take care of him. My husband is a full blooded Native Amercian and his bilogical family lives in Canada. We did find his bilogical family but he mother passed away before we found them. We are planning on going up to Canada to meet his family soon. Here is my husband....

My oldest is Alexander. He is 5 years old. He was born October 20, 2005. He is the smartest 5 year old that I have ever met. He loves about everything. He is always ready to learn. He loves to watch the History Channel. He can tell you almost everything about pirates. When he grows up he wants to be a sniper in the military. He is in Preschool and cant wait till he is Kindergarten. He is just always ready to learn. He has one of the most awesome imagantions ever. I love him to pieces.. Here is my little man...

My youngest son is Aaron. He is 3 years old. He was born January 16, 2008. He almost didnt make it. His cord was wrapped around his neck so tight that he lost oxygen to his brain. I was sure that I was going to lose him. He just got dignoised with Asperger's Symdrome. I will probably do a post about Aspergers in a later post. He is 3 years old and says about 10 words. He is a little behind.. but he keeps up with his big brother. He loves Spongebob and Micky Mouse. He is a mama's boy and doesnt like anybody else touching me. I love him to pieces too.. Here is my baby boy...
